Print out your own training log
Print out a copy of this training log each month so you can log your progress and miles over the summer
Putting the miles in over the summer is the single biggest factor in cross country success!
You are encouraged to indicate what your run was each day, and how you felt during your run. You can use a simple smile/frown face indicator, or you can rate each day's effort on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most difficult).
Tracking these aspects of training will allow you to see your progress over the course of the summer.
